2026 HOA Dues

Annual dues collection is now in in progress. Dues are $40.00 per owned lot. There are two ways to pay:

  1. Check: Payment may be made by check to “Queen Anne Estates Homeowners Association” and mailed to P.O. Box 6, Davidsonville, MD 21035-2327.
  2. Zelle online payment: Payment may be made online via Zelle. If you are already using Zellepay, send payment to “treasurerqaeha@gmail.com. If you are new to Zelle, go to https://www.Zellepay.com and search for your banking institution (most, but not all, banks participate in Zelle). If your banking institution is listed you can pay via Zelle. Sign up for a Zelle acount on your banking institution’s website and send your payment to “treasurerqaeha@gmail.com”.
